Interim Talent Acquisition Partner (6 month FTC)

My client is an exciting and innovative digital business with a high performing culture and have an opportunity for an immediately available Talent Acquisition Partner to join on a 6 month interim basis.
Working within a collaborative HR team and alongside a Recruiter, you’ll have a mixed strategic project and operational recruitment remit to deliver on. With operational hires in London and Paris across strategic design, product, software engineering, and marketing; you'll have relevant experience to hit the ground running.
Partnering with a super smart client group population, you’ll build exceptional relationships with stakeholders and bring proven, solid relevant experience.
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate previously exceeding expectations and over delivering on recruitment KPIs; whilst demonstrating how you’ve been a high performer throughout your career.
Additionally, you’ll bring experience to deliver on strategic projects including IR35, reviewing and improving existing talent acquisition process and introducing data reporting.
If you are immediately available; passionate about recruiting exceptional talent, have both agency and recent in-house experience hiring within tech/digital and can operate in a fast paced, start up culture, then get in touch to discuss.
