We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team to support CrazyLabs ongoing growth internationally.
You will own the recruiting process, develop ongoing talent pipelines, and identify strong candidates that will help us achieve our business goals. The ideal candidate comes from a fast and dynamic environment and has a passion for people and teams.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs to support business goals
- Manage the E2E recruitment process from sourcing, resume screening, phone interviewing, in-depth behavioral interviews to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Ensure a superb hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers
- Leverage social media, multiple network sources, online tools, and industry relationships to identify and attract top talent
- 2+ years experience as an E2E recruiter in a high growth gaming or ad tech company
- Proven sourcing skills (Boolean, recruitment databases, and social media platforms)
- Proven experience in both phone and in-depth behavioral interviews
- Experience collaborating and advising managers at all levels
- Experience with ATS (Comeet preferred)
- Global recruiting experience
- BA degree (Social Science/Behavioral Science or equivalent preferred)
- Proven ability to work independently!
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task while maintaining a high level of prioritization
- Excellent collaboration and project management skills
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical skills
